Manufacturer warranty
The products sold by Mirage Fish Finder are new and covered by the original manufacturer's warranty — for example, warranties from Garmin, Lowrance, Humminbird, JL Audio, and Fusion. Coverage length and terms are set by each manufacturer and vary by product.
Keep your order confirmation as proof of purchase; it is usually needed to register or claim a manufacturer warranty.
Important: Warranty length and remedies are set by the manufacturer for the specific product purchased.
What a warranty covers
Manufacturer warranties generally cover defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. They typically do not cover damage from improper installation, misuse, accidents, or use outside the manufacturer's instructions.
Items that arrive damaged or defective
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you do not need to wait on a manufacturer claim — contact us within a few days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund. See the Returns & Refunds page for details.
What to include in a claim
- Order number and product SKU.
- A clear description of the problem and when it started.
- Photos or short video if the issue can be shown visually.
- Any troubleshooting already completed.
How to start a warranty claim
- Email support@atlas-home-goods.com with your order number, the product, and a description of the issue (photos help).
- We confirm the warranty path — either directly with us for early failures, or with the manufacturer for in-warranty service.
- We guide you through the next steps so the unit gets repaired, replaced, or refunded per the applicable warranty.
