Returns & Refunds

Return eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging.
  • Return requests require an order number and product SKU.
  • Final sale items are clearly marked on the product page when applicable.

Items returned outside the 30-day window, missing original packaging, or showing use beyond inspection may not be eligible for a full refund.

How to start a return

  1. Email support@atlas-home-goods.com with your order number and the product SKU, plus a short note on the reason for the return.
  2. We reply with return authorization and the return shipping address.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back using a trackable service.
  4. Once the item arrives and passes inspection, your refund or replacement is processed.

Do not ship a return until support confirms the return authorization and destination address.

Inspection & refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after returned merchandise is inspected.

The refunded amount may exclude return shipping when the return is not caused by damage, defect, or an incorrect item. If the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect, Mirage Fish Finder covers the return shipping path confirmed by support.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us at support@atlas-home-goods.com within a few days of delivery with photos and your order number. In these cases Mirage Fish Finder covers return shipping and sends a replacement or full refund.

Include: order number, product SKU, photos of the box/product, and a short description of the issue.

Exchanges & final sale items

When an exchange is available, support confirms whether the replacement item is in stock before the return is sent back. Final sale items are only treated as final sale when clearly marked on the product page.
