Ordering & products

Are your products new and genuine?

Yes. Mirage Fish Finder sells new, genuine marine electronics from brands including Garmin, Lowrance, Humminbird, JL Audio, and Fusion.

How do I find the right unit for my boat?

Each product page lists the key specs — screen size, sonar type, transducer, and connectivity. If you are unsure which model fits your setup, email support@atlas-home-goods.com and we will point you in the right direction.

Do I need a transducer?

Some fish finders include a transducer and some are sold as the display only. The product title and description state whether a transducer is included.

Shipping & tracking

How fast will my order ship?

Orders are processed in 1–2 business days and arrive in 3–6 business days after carrier pickup.

How much is shipping?

Standard Ground is a flat $7.95, and orders over $75.00 ship free within the continental united states.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time — we currently ship within the Continental United States.

Where do I find tracking?

Tracking is emailed after dispatch. If it has not updated after carrier pickup, send your order number to support@atlas-home-goods.com.

Returns, refunds & warranty

What if my item is defective?

Contact us right away — defective, damaged, or incorrect items are covered, and the products also carry their manufacturer warranty. See the Warranty page.

How are refunds issued?

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after returned merchandise is inspected.
